What We’re Offering
Role: HIU Heating Engineer.
Location: London (jobs are all local, accessible via public transport).
Workload: Approximately 4 domestic property jobs per day.
Pay: Self-employed basis with day rates ranging from £264 to £336, with potential for higher earnings during the colder months. Annually £66k to £84k.

What You’ll Need
Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with underfloor heating, radiators, combi boilers, or HIU systems in domestic properties.
Qualifications: Minimum City & Guilds Level 3.
Insurance: Public liability insurance.
Location: Reside in London and comfortable using public transport to travel between jobs.
Skills:
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
• Professional appearance and customer service skills.
A Day in the Life
You’ll be handling around four jobs a day, all in domestic properties, ensuring heating and hot water systems are operating at their best. With provided tools, training, and support, you’ll work efficiently to deliver outstanding results while maintaining a professional demeanour.
