Role: HIU Heating Engineer
Location: London (jobs are all local, accessible via public transport)
Workload: Approximately 4 domestic property jobs per day
Pay: Self-employed basis with day rates ranging from £264 to £336, with potential for higher earnings during the colder months

What You’ll Need
Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with underfloor heating, radiators, combi boilers, or HIU systems in domestic properties
Qualifications: Minimum City & Guilds Level 3
Insurance: Public liability insurance
Location: Reside in London and comfortable using public transport to travel between jobs
Skills:
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability
• Professional appearance and customer service skills
A Day in the Life
You’ll be handling around four jobs a day, all in domestic properties, ensuring heating and hot water systems are operating at their best. With provided tools, training, and support, you’ll work efficiently to deliver outstanding results while maintaining a professional demeanour.
