What We’re Offering
Role: HIU Heating Engineer
Location: London – all jobs are nearby and easy to reach by public transport.
Workload: About four domestic property jobs a day.
Pay: Self-employed, with day rates from £264 to £336. You can earn more in winter, around £66k–£84k a year.

What You’ll Need
Experience: At least five years working with underfloor heating, radiators, combi boilers, or HIUs.
Qualifications: City & Guilds Level 3 or above.
Insurance: Public liability insurance.
Location: Based in London and able to travel by public transport.

A Day in the Life
You’ll visit around four homes each day. Your job is to check, repair, or maintain heating and hot water systems. With full support and training, you’ll work efficiently and keep customers happy.
